Forge Cottage

Forge Cottage is a detached property with a well maintained enclosed rear garden.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms (one king size double, one queen size double and one bedroom with twin beds).  The living accommodation consists of a living / dining room, conservatory and kitchen.  There is seating for six in the living room and a dining table with six chairs.  In the kitchen there is a table with four chairs and in the conservatory there is a small settee for two people plus a further table and two wooden chairs.

There is a bathroom with washbasin and WC on the first floor and a shower room with washbasin and WC on the ground floor.  More detailed information on the layout of the bedrooms is given in the Accessibility Statement.  Please note that there is limited headroom in the bedroom with twin beds.  There is a high chair and a travel cot.

There are a few games provided and there is a PlayStation3 also available (please bring your own games).  The cottage also has super fast broadband.

Bed linen (except for the travel cot) and towels are included in the booking fee.  If you intend to use Helmsley open air swimming pool please bring some pool towels with you.
